Spinning
The spinning class is an indoor cycle cardiovascular workout set to motivational music led by a certified Spinning instructor. The ride is a combination of movements, strategies and techniques that develop your ability to maximize energy both physical and mental. The Spinning Training Program allows participants to learn how to ride more effectively and master the Schwinn stationary bike, exercise in a non-competitive environment, and, most importantly, develop and strengthen a mind/body awareness so crucial to a healthy well being.
