Group Excercise
At Paragon, providing a great variety of fun, energizing group exercise classes is our priority. We want you to be successful and motivated, and that’s why we have the area’s best instructors providing a great workout for you seven days a week! At Paragon, our classes offer the kind of support needed to keep you on track. We provide a great variety to ensure choice, convenience and results for you. And, even better, most classes are included with your annual membership.

Interval Express – A blend of calisthenics and strength training intervals set to a high energy work out! This class is designed for the newcomer as well as the veteran. Enjoy an incredible work out in one hour!
HI/LO Cardio – This class is a great balance of cardiovascular training and strength training, with the addition of several power moves designed to push you (optional) one more level. Beginners are welcome!
Stepping Strong – Enhance your cardiovascular endurance by stepping to the beat of the instructor. This class is a great way to add cross-training to your workout. Also enjoy the last portion of the class with stretching that will complete your workout for the day!
Cardio Craze – This class will jazz you through the entire hour! A variety of high and low intensity moves. You will move and loosen up your body while getting all the cardio benefits you want! Everyone and anyone welcome!
Gentle Yoga – Experience a complete physical, mental and spiritual workout while advancing at your own pace. Very basic yoga moves that will enhance your balance, coordination, range of motion and strength.
Cardio Kick Boxing – A high energy aerobic experience combining kick boxing combinations with a sequential warm-up and a yoga cool down! A must try!
Pilates – A system of movement with an emphasis on balance, body alignment and building core strength. The instructor will guide you through a series of controlled movements that will engage the mind and body. All fitness levels are welcome!
Step n Sculpt – A high energy step class designed to burn calories, topped off with sculpting with weights that is sure to pump you up! Beginners are welcome.
Hips, Abs, & Thighs – A combination of step, cardio kickboxing and floor work utilizing those “trouble areas.” This class is a high energy class for all fitness levels and has a strong focus on abdominal work. Who doesn’t want more of that?
Power Yoga – A total body workout using a series of flowing yoga asanas (poses) practiced in continual succession linked together by the breath, and emphasizing stamina, strength and flexibility. This high energy class is for anyone familiar with yoga poses and/or moderate levels of fitness. Come with an open mind and get ready to be challenged!
Step Interval – Intervals of step and weights taught with modifications for all levels. This class will give you a total body workout! All levels are welcome!
Hatha Yoga – A classical form of yoga evoking a sense of meditative and deliberate poses and counter poses that integrate the body, breath, mind and spirit. Anyone with an open mind is welcome to try this uplifting experience!
Body Bar/Stretch – This is a weight training class with lots of variety. Weekly changes in the class setup will keep your mind and your muscles challenged. Appropriate for any level. The class begins with a five minute warm-up. Weight training for 50 minutes. Core strengthening for 15 minutes and ends with a well-deserved 20 minute stretch.
Beginner – This class is perfect for anyone needing a workout with little or no impact. We use simple floor aerobic choreography and a lighter total body strength-training workout. You get it all in this class: cardio for your heart and weights for your muscles. We use different class formats for variety.
Sunday a.m. Yoga – Taught by either Jonathan or Kelly, Hatha Yoga poses are linked together by the breath with a warm-up, work phase and cool down. Mind, body and breath are the key ingredients to a great start to your Sunday morning! All levels are welcome!
Step Aerobics – A classic Step class starting with a warm-up and 20 -30 minutes of step followed by body toning on the floor. All levels welcome. A great workout!
Our cutting-edge group exercise room at Paragon is designed to accommodate high impact programs as well as a variety of stretching and strength classes including Yoga and Pilates.
